Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone after the mandatory 30-night break-in period to start your return or exchange process.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate with a local charitable organization or recycling partner to schedule a convenient time to pick up the mattress from your home.
Confirm Removal
After the mattress has been successfully collected, simply provide us with a scanned copy or photo of the donation or pickup receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Upon receipt of the pickup confirmation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping or setup fees.
